From what I was able to see and do, the area was very clean and quiet. There is a area where they have a lot of great restaurants and shopping, not far from the hotel. We are considering moving into the area.

"The manager was amazing. Alot of us were stranded due to a storm and could not fly out. She did her thing in a timely manner and made breakfast the next morning. I so wish i remembered her name because she needs a raise or something "
"Plane delayed at 2am. Chicago O’Hara 7/10/ United Airlines.Made reservations through Expedia. Checked in went to room. Key did not work. Went back to front desk. I was informed since I booked my appointment through Expedia, it actually does not become available until 3 pm next day. We slept in the lobby. We are in our 70’s, we were woken up at 4am and told we couldn’t sleep in the lobby. ( really) . The story ends in the Hilton style I like. My boyfriend talk to the morning manager . He was very friendly and polite. He also provided use a room for the day until our flight took off. At no charge. We didn’t even have to ask. Very professional."
"I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Chicago SW in Countryside. I chose this hotel because it was close in proximity to shopping, food, and attractions. The only con I had was the pool being out of service for the summer. I tend to think hotels say this to keep children out of their hair, but with the exception to that it was a great stay and my son and I had a really great time in the area and rested comfortably"
