Learn more about Catskill
Tucked along the Hudson River, this historic village invites exploration of its Main Street, where antique shops and cafes create a small-town tableau worth savoring. Art lovers shouldn't miss the Thomas Cole National Historic Site, where America's first major landscape painter found inspiration. Hikers can venture to nearby Kaaterskill Falls, a dramatic two-tiered cascade featured in countless Hudson River School paintings. The Orpheum Theatre hosts performances in a restored setting, while RamsHorn-Livingston Sanctuary offers peaceful trails through wetlands. Dutchman's Landing provides picnic spots with timeless river views. For a complete Catskills experience, visit during one of the village's quirky seasonal festivals.

Four Seasons Motel
"Check in was very pleasant. The room was so sweet with lots of personal touches you don’t normally see. Real tea/coffee cups, real spoons not plastic! A tablecloth and placemats on the dining table. A real live plant in the room. Etc. It was very homey. Staff very warm and friendly. I’d stay there again!"
Catskill Motor Court Motel
"Great place, peaceful, comfortable, good management, fairly priced"
Peloke's Motel
"The owners were kind and helped with car transportation during our stay, and even picked us up in the middle of the night from a hotel who had given away our paid reservations. There were two weddings in Hudson, and we believe they gave them to the highest bidder. So we had to find a hotel outside of Hudson, and across the river, and no Uber driver wanted to go that far in the middle of the night. So the owners of the Peloke came across the river to get us, and continued to help with transportaion needs. They were incredibly accomodating and really over the top. If they had more resources they could run a first class hotel anywhere. The hotel has seen better days but the staff was phenomenal!"
The Old Catskill Game Farm Inn
"Everything was amazing. Shawn was awesome. He greeted you when we came in. It's definitely experiences. All I can say we had a great time. A little quirky.Amazing history set on 200 acres closed down zoo"
