"We got a room for two nights the tv didn’t work at all in the room and we also had a shower that wouldn’t drain so we were up to our ankles in grey water as well the towel rack on the back of the bathroom door wasn’t secured and fell off on my wife when hanging up a towel when we brought it up and asked to cancel the following night they claimed it was impossible to give me my money back so we paid for a second night that we didn’t use"

"Uncertain as to why we had a 'ghost charge' of $6.50. If it was for water, I felt sure the sign in the room said two waters were free. All others were $3 I believe. Not clear. Parking $20? REally? Why? Seemed like a true cash grab. The room was terrific and no complaints there at all."

"Finding property very difficult. There are two places with the same street address 3 or 4 miles apart. Waze, Google take you to the wrong one. Several calls to La Quinta before we found a real person to give us the number of the front desk. Not much help there either. Seemingly unaware of the problem. we finally figured it out. Took over an hour."
