However, the following morning, a different staff member seemed unhappy to be there and was not very approachable when greeting guests or answering questions. The room was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The bed could have been more comfortable by adding more pillows or better-quality ones. The breakfast buffet was decent but would benefit from adding scrambled eggs. Overall, the stay was good in some aspects, but there is room for improvement in customer service and breakfast options. Originally looking for hotel in Vermont but couldn’t find any, this was as close to Vermont as we could find."

"Clean hotel rooms with good breakfast . Location is very convenient. Breakfast was good but management needs to add more staff in the kitchen to help during peak season like Columbus Day weekend . Rooms were not recently renovated but very well maintained , beds were good. I have a EV vehicle and all the superchargers nearby got super busy during Columbus Day long weekend . Hotel has a trickle charging outlet on the light pole in the backside parking lot , though it is very slow it helped me to plug in my EV mobile charger and saved my time. Staff were good too ! Only negative was one of the elevators were not working . Over all I recommend this hotel !"
