"Staff is great as well as our room. My only complaint is that an important reason we use this hotel is that it is non-smoking. There was the pungent smell of skunk weed in the hallway and seemed to be coming from a room near us. Very disappointing. That will cause me to think twice about using this hotel in the future.🙁"

"We chose Old Town Winchester and stayed at The George Washington Hotel as our gathering spot for High school girl friends The Hotel was beautiful ,our rooms big enough plus having a sm scale table with 2 chairs ,the bathroom very roomy,beds were very comfortable and the staff very accommodating and welcoming The amenities at the hotel met our needs perfectly ! It was really nice to be in a walkable area with many shops and restaurants ,pubs .No complaints from 5 women in our group 😁"

"Breakfast was excellent. The room we had was a little difficult for people approaching 80. Staircase was very narrow, and the hall way light would not stay on. I would stay there again, but not in suite #3."
