"I stayed at this hotel specifically due to proximity to a nearby funeral home. The parking lot is in terrible shape and gave a bad impression. There were no signs to assist finding your way around. The front desk experience was fine. The adventure to find the room seemed slightly ridiculous such as my room started with a 4 in a two story hotel. The hallways were endless and looked like I was going through employee areas to find my room. The vending machines were old, half broken and expensive. The room was clean but dated. The breakfast area was clean but very limited in items to eat so I did not partake. I would stay again if necessary but not seek out this location "

"We were in town for a funeral. We’ve stayed at the Wilshire Grand in the past. It’s wonderfully located and we were able to quickly Uber in and out on demand. The hotel is great though becoming a little “tired”. It’s a popular spot for wedding guests and that takes a toll. Staff were lovely, helpful and available. "
