Gorgeous and Opulent. Absolutely amazing service. Friendly and welcoming staff (even for us "non-rich"). Grounds, restaurants and decor stunning. Like walking into the Past as if it were today. Room was fabulous. lunch at the Polo lounge was delicious and excellent service.
The room was spacious and my wife amd I lkved the new technogy in the room (especially the heated toulet seat)!! It was far enough away from Hollywood Blvd that we were able to get good sleep but close enough to all the action that we were just minutes away. Additionally the people at valet parking were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale place to stay at a very affordable rate!
Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect
I showed up at the Royal Palace with my back completely thrown out while on a solo roadtrip and was very moved by the staff's kindness. They helped me get into my room early so I could lie down, and when it unexpectedly got much worse they helped me extend my stay and even brought me a fork when my food delivery was missing one! I will absolutely be back and especially recommend the Royal Palace to anyone dealing with medical stuff or disabilities. They were so understanding and nice which made...
I liked this hotel too much! I fell in love with the beautifully landscaped courtyard with the pool. Our room had big old world style windows that opened in, open air and overlooked the palms, flowers, cozy seating arrangements and pool. We took our complimentary breakfast to a sweet table under the flower covered veranda every morning of our stay, a relaxing way to begin the day.
There were no surprise surcharges and parking was convenient and easily accessed and The cost was only $29 per...
We stayed for a week during our spring break. First time visiting LA. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was great and they never ran out of food. The ladies that worked breakfast kept everything stocked until right at 10 am when breakfast was over. The pool is quite small and we didn't use it, although we did sit by the pool most mornings before our outings for some fresh air. Tons of walkable restaurants around the hotel. Also easy pick up for Uber/Lyft. In general the hotel/our...
Hotel Ziggy is the only place I will stay after this trip.
It’s the perfect location!
It’s easy to walk to great shopping and dining options, amazing and friendly staff and great drinks and food. There are steady nighttime events scheduled- live music and DJs.
The vibe was relaxed, chill, not stuffy which I prefer.
The room was lovely, staff very pleasant, and it all had a very exclusive feel. You get the sense that Hollywood deals happen here. Room was large with a comfortable queen bed, the bath a bit small (but powerful water pressure). It had a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, a view of the fabulous homes up on the hills, and fairly quick room service.
I Stayed a couple nights at the Elan Hotel. I found rooms clean, used the common area coffee/espresso/etc maker, and appreciated the lobby tables with games available even though I didn’t find time to play with anyone. The first floor atrium serves as a back porch for all the rooms. It felt a little awkward but provides a nice escape from the busy area and from the direct sun.
