"I messed up my reservation unfortunately and had to pay upfront for another room for the night I was actually needing to stay, and the staff were very helpful and quick to get me a room. Unfortunately because I booked with Expedia, they couldn’t just transfer the reservation so I am out of $698, but truly that was my fault for not double checking in advanced. Regardless it was a quick and simple process. The room was nice and clean. The valet people were absolutely incredible. Especially Louis (hopefully the right spelling). He was so helpful and kind when I was in a panic. He made my experience less stressful and I appreciate him immensely. My only complaint would be how much it costs to order food, whether it’s pickup or delivery to the room. The service charges are so high. I was also very disappointed by the caesar salad. The caesar dressing did not taste like caesar dressing lol but overall, it was a really nice experience and I definitely would recommend this hotel"

"The pillows were way too thick and big! I sleep on a smaller, narrower pillow. These big ones gave me a stiff neck. Maybe offer smaller pillows? Have one in the closet for availability? The staff at the front desk were nice and welcoming."

"My room was clean. But the toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called down to the front desk they said they had a plunger I could come get. They also suggested we could switch rooms but we were already settled other than that the room was clean and a good price they are still under construction so some parts where closed off plus they offer free breakfast in the morning you can’t really beat that. Overall it was a good stay. "

"The room was super clean and the decor was amazing. Everything was super comfortable, too. I must specially mention that Travis and Madisyn at the front desk went above and beyond on providing the best customer service! Also Reggie in maintenance was so much fun, quick to solve our issue (which was minor), and the nicest guy. Lastly, the housekeepers were also extremely nice and personable. We will come back just for the customer service alone. Thank you all!"
