"Honestly had the worst sleep ive ever had at a hotel before. I didnt realize i would have to listen to the Sams club unloading dock all night. Crashing and banging. It was so loud. The dishes in our room were dirty and had to be washed. I mean, the coffee mugs had rings in them... the breakfast, which is raved about, was pretty mid at best. They lacked options every morning. The sofa bed was also so uncomfortable my kid's had an awful time going to sleep. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with this...

"This new hotel is absolutely stunning!  Our room had a panoramic view of the lake and we even had our own private balcony.  The king bed was really comfortable.  Loved lounging in bed just looking at that peaceful view.  The local coffee and maple water were a really nice touch.  We will be back!"

"Massively appreciate the fenced in dog park! Please for the love of god change your main number to the restaurant number. I called 3 times and left messages with no call back before I tried the restaurant number and finally reached someone! Totally unacceptable. And add some lighting to the road back to the cabins, please, because getting in at night after a long drive and having to worry about where my cabin was in that maze was a huge stressor. Bed was fine, not the best but not bad. Shower...

"This place is wonderful. We ended up extended our stay 4 times. Its tucked up high in the mountain and is about 25 mins from scranton. Georgia and tyler work the front desk and are so sweet and accommodating. Dave works so hard to keep the grounds groomed and he does such a good job and they were all so nice to us. The kids loved the pool and the games in the rec center and we played horseshoes and cooked on the grill almost every night. We will definitely be back."
