"The view was very lovely especially with the balcony, and the room was clean and tidy. It is spacious! The hotel is also a short walk from so many places and restaurants."
Element by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown
"I would have given this hotel a 5 star review if it were not for housekeeping. Everyone we interacted with was great. Our room was lovely and had amazing views of the city. The gym was nice, the breakfast was good and I appreciated the evening happy hour. The woman who was pouring the drinks was very engaging and awesome. I understand that housekeeping only comes every other day and that was explained ahead of time and we were good with that. However, we had 4 people registered to our room and only had 3 bath towels. The front desk was great about getting us some extra towels. However when housekeeping did clean our room they did not restock anything so we ran out of toilet paper and lotion and the last day that they cleaned our room we were still only given 3 bath towels and no hand towels. I called down to the front desk for a few towels and a lotion and the person was very kind and apologetic but nothing was ever delivered. Leaving the 4 of us 3 towels and a washcloth to shower with in our last morning. This did not ruin our experience as a whole but it was an unwelcomed inconvenience and it was throughout our entire stay which was frustrating."

"Great place to stay"
Loews Philadelphia Hotel
"The location was excellent for doing tourist stuff. The staff was very attentive. The only gripes I have are that the AC in the room didn't seem to work properly. It was always stuffy when we came back to our room. There was no fan in the bathroom, which causes it to be very steamy and humid in the bathroom after showers. Lastly, the elevators took forever. There were only 3 working. Overall, though, it was lovely."
