"Clean room, great breakfast"

"The staff were very friendly . I didn’t know about the extra charge they add to your credit card ( but it comes off within 2-5 business days ) the property is historical and the Trax food was very good and the staff friendly . The coffee shop was ok . We were comfortable and had a good night sleep . Thank you !"

"Front desk agent at check in was slow and not friendly. They did not mention the deposit amount, just told me to hand over my credit card. Nothing was mentioned about wifi, breakfast or elevator location. Water pressure was weak. Breakfast was not great and out of a few things including bowls for cereal. Out of our 10+ day journey, this stay was at the bottom for service."
