"The location of the hotel is great. Cross the street is the outlet mall and Market Basket. Nearby have various restaurants. The hotel itself was renovated last year so looks very new. Inside hallway and room are very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay. The only thing we don’t like is the loud noise when you flush the toilet, especially at night when people are sleeping. Otherwise it’s a very good stay."

"Our stay at RiverWalk really exceeded my expectations. We arrived early before a room was available but the front desk took down my number and actually called me when the room was ready(still well before check-in time) which has become a rarity these days. We had a one bedroom suite which was large and clean. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There was a balcony with chairs and a small table with a view of the mountains. The entire suite was cleaned each day. Theer were indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool which were all clean and well-maintained. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we're in the area."

"While the facility was clean, it needed serious updating. We had an actual key to our room with a key lock not a card. The bathroom had rusting fixturesbut again clean. The staff was friendly and helpful even though their technology was not cooperating. The view was beautiful and the setting was quaint. The fall decor was tasteful. Breakfast was above average and the breakfast area area was quite nice."

"Stayed in one of the suites. Was great for the family. We all enjoyed the use of the hot tubs and heated pool and appreciated the pool towels. Hotel restaurant wasn't open due to renovations, but they did have pastries and coffee out in the lobby which was a nice touch. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would stay again."
