This is a great Hotel!!! It is very clean. The staff is great. The breakfast is very good!!!! The gentleman who maintains the breakfast room does an excellent job!!!!

The motel is privately owned and is located a short distance from the beach. The furnishings are quaint. Beds were comfortable and had enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The pool was clean as was the Jacuzzi. We were able to face the bay across the quiet roadway. We were close to being in town in one direction and the beach in another direction. All within 10 minutes in either direction. The proprietor was open, friendly and helpful with directions and places to go and see.
This facility is well taken care of. The hallways, common areas, and rooms were all updated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the tv worked great. The bathroom products were fine and the shower worked well. Parking is free and very close. The Lincoln police station was 50 feet away from the lobby. The resort is located on the main road #112 thru town. It is very close (15 minutes) to Franconia Notch State Park that has Cannon Mountain, the Flume Gorge, the Basin, and trails for hiking....
Friendly service very helpful at the reception tent was perfectly equipped bathrooms were clean and pool and common area were great
The only real problem was the flying bugs - I am not sure if it’s a seasonal thing but there were many many of them
First time staying here and had such a great time! Very cozy and awesome to wake up in the morning with our little chairs and table outside our room with coffee looking at the moutains. Look forward to coming back here again soon!
