It was ok there. It definitely needs updating and cleaning in hallways and the free breakfast could have been a little better. The pool seemed nice but we weren’t able to use it. Maybe offer some discounts once in awhile

6/10 Good

Decent overall stay thanks to the helpful staff and good complimentary breakfast. However, the property is undergoing renovations, and carrying luggage up the far stairs without an elevator was a bit inconvenient. We had to change rooms due to peeling bathroom paint, and the amenities in the room were a bit hit-or-miss (spotty TV remote, non-working outlets, and stained bedding). Housekeeping wasn't provided during our week stay. Comfortable beds and good breakfast, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and service.

The room was very clean, but the furnishings were outdated. No elevator! The front desk staff were not very welcoming but the housekeeping staff were very helpful. Lots of parking available. Great location.

6/10 Good

The room had a very bad musty smell. Had to keep the window open the whole night. Many people sat outside for a very long time talking loudly which made it hard to fall asleep. Many breakfast items were stale. Staff was friendly.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean all around. Staff was great and helped us into a first floor room as I had hurt my foot. Pool was available. Disappointing there was no Hot Tub, as advertised on the sign out on the road. Standard breakfast was great and on time. Was nice for a 1 night stay and would stay here again.
