We stayed at Candlewood while our son played in a golf tournament. Our stay was great. Felt welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Studio Suite with a kitchenette. Size of room was plenty and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed 4 nights and will book again for next year.

The front staff was friendly and there was a good full breakfast every morning. And it’s just a twenty minute drive to the French quarter and three minutes to the swamp tours.

This property was amazing! Staff was great, very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, dinner and drinks! I would definitely recommend staying here ...and Iwould stay here again

The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

Nice large hotel room. Easy walk to the river and bourbon street. Beignets at cafe du Monde were delicious. Crab cakes at olde Nola cookery were delicious. About a mile from the cruise port. We couldn’t walk because it was raining.

Even though the weather was poor, we still enjoyed our stay. The great location made it so easy to still go places in bad weather.

We had a great stay! In a really lovely part of town, easy to get around to see everything but away from the craziness of the French quarter. Staff was helpful, and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, quiet, and modern space. It is pet friendly and located so that everything is in walking distance. I thought the breakfast could use more attention to include items such as cereal and granola to go with the yogurt. You can hear the boats on the Mississippi and the train.

Location was excellent! A few places to eat and have a drink inside, great fuse from observatory 11 and from our room; easy walking distance to the French Quarter Bourbon Street and other places. Particular shout out to the guys and the young lady out front that helped us get a cab an Uber or a shuttle. Every day they offered a friendly greeting with a smile and unbounded professionalism. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends that are in that area.

My dad needed a place to stay overnight due to 12-hour layover for Amtrak. I reserved him a room at The Haunted Hotel as it was reasonably priced and had great reviews. I am so glad I chose this hotel as Ginger was amazing!!! She reached out earlier in the week to confirm my stay and was very pleasant. I told her my 80-year dad would be staying and she made a point to make sure his stay was comfortable. She greeted him when he got out the cab and got him settled in his room. She communicated...

This was my first time in NOLA and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and everyone was so friendly. Perfect location to hit Bourbon St!! Thank you guys for the warm hospitality. Southwest changed our flight and we got into NOLA at 8:15 in the morning. When we got to the hotel we expected to leave our bags and head out, but our room was ready!! I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.
