The staff is helpful and courteous. I often will need early check in’s when driving from city to city and over time you can tell when the customer service person is making a promise/commitment just to complete the transaction and they have no intention to follow through. This is one of the few hotels where the staff is genuine and they follow through on their commitments. The facility is clean but it could use a face lift.
Clean, comfortable and spacious room and bed. Spacious, well-lit parking lot. Near restaurants and shops. Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Great smaller hotel bar and restaurant. Felt very at home with a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again. 🙂
Located in a historical building in downtown Waukasha. Reception a little funky had to go upstairs to 2nd floor . Once we found our room rather like a maze we were pleasantly surprised with a large bathroom. (whirlpool tub plus large shower with 3 heads. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, even better than home. Room clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if in the area beats Hampton and also had complimentary breakfast, omelets even.
Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Only downfall is the police department and fire department are both right next door. So we did hear sirens multiple times during the stay.

We love skiing and stayed there for 3 nights. Staff was friendly and welcoming. In the lobby you could always find a cup of fresh coffee or tea. Firness room was cute as a buttom, not too big, not too smal and they had everything you need to stay in shape while you travel: cardio and weight lifting equipment. I was impressed and used it with great pleasure! The swimming pool and hot tub were incredibly clean and well taken care of! We enjoyed it! My special Thank you to the lady providing...
It was good the hotel was nice, happy hour was amazing, staff was nice. Pool was VERY cold! I couldn't even get in it was to cold. My older 3 kids didnt seem to mind it after being in it for a minute but my other 2 wanted no part in it. If they got a pool heater it would have been better
