The staff is helpful and courteous. I often will need early check in’s when driving from city to city and over time you can tell when the customer service person is making a promise/commitment just to complete the transaction and they have no intention to follow through. This is one of the few hotels where the staff is genuine and they follow through on their commitments. The facility is clean but it could use a face lift.
We love skiing and stayed there for 3 nights. Staff was friendly and welcoming. In the lobby you could always find a cup of fresh coffee or tea. Firness room was cute as a buttom, not too big, not too smal and they had everything you need to stay in shape while you travel: cardio and weight lifting equipment. Can't wait until I can go back in warm weather to use their beautiful outdoor pool, & the hot tub (the hot tub is available year-round but some work had to be done on it). Gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet except the upstairs neighbors had squeaky floor boards and were up walking around from 5-8 am and we couldn't sleep. Bar on main floor is beautiful but not open very long. The bartender Bill makes the best old fashioned. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Jetted tub was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

This building is new and it shows!! Our room had plenty of space. The bathroom was bright, spacious, and eco-friendly. Loved having a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and dishes/flatware. It is a perfect set up! Location is near downtown- so truly walkable to stores and restaurants. Eisenbahn Trail is steps away!!! The only downside was that our room was close to a side exit and we heard everyone as they entered/exited. Will stay again!
I needed to cancel the day of because of Covid. Hotels.com would not refund unless the hotel management agreed. I believe Latoya was the very kind woman who helped me convince management to issue me a refund. Big thanks to management and Latoya as this booking was for my mother who cannot afford to waste money on unused hotel nights. I will go out my way to sleep here anytime I visit Milwaukee. Hopefully the accommodations match the front desk service.
