"You have two people cooking for a long long line of people. It is not economical. It is an extremely long wait for omelets. There has to be a better way. And then there's a little compartment for bacon. One kid literally took it all and it never got restocked. We asked for more and it never happened. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Very expensive hotel. Great reviews on the breakfast and that's why we stayed. The apple juice. Looked like pure water. And it was not replenished enough with the food. It was very, very crowded and not enough staff to keep up with the demand."

"The room was beautiful & very comfortable. Would like it if a hook was installed close to the shower to be able to grab my towel when I’m wet. The breakfast bar was never open thd 3 mornings we stayed. One morning I was able to purchase a couple muffins & some pastries. Was very disappointed lack of items & variety in the “Market”. Front desk person told us NOTHING about amenities when we checked in. I had to call down & ask about specific things, especially concerning the breakfast. People should be told upon check-in that the breakfast is not free, the WiFi info, etc. Unhappy that we were not told anything at all. "
