Easy parking, wonderfully clean room. Of course, the candy closet was a hit. The check in was a tad lackluster with the person at the desk not really offering up the experience, the gym, morning coffee, water refill, etc. Our room, Ed, was first floor and the street lamp shone right in but other than that, it was lovely.

staying at the GEORGE hotel was like visiting a friend with a really great house. I can highly recommend the GEORGE and it’s amiable staff. i’ve never stayed at a hotel that has such stylish rooms, comfortable common spaces, freshly baked, delicious chocolate chip cookies in the lobby, and let us not forget the candy closet. I certainly look forward to the next time. I’m in Montclair New Jersey because the George is the only place I’ll be staying.
