Everything was good with checkin ,check out, and the room. The only complaint I can voice is with the breakfast service attendant. She was not very warm or inviting, did not speak to guest. She did have everything out and the area clean, but at the end of breakfast time, she removed all plates and bowls first so no one could get anything else to eat. We needed a quick hotel book because my car broke down in a road trip. This was a great choice! The room was large and comfortable, even had an extra sink in the room with a microwave and small fridge. The breakfast in the morning was real nice andbthey had a snack bar that was reasonably priced.
They were very courteous and allowed me to leave my car a couple nights after we departed, so that when we returned after reaching our destination, it was safe and ready to be towed.
The staff was amazing!! There were 2 gentlemen at the desk when we checked in, both were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late for an event at the Avalon Theater due to bad weather and traffic, and they were kind enough to let us park in front of the hotel until after the show. They didn't want us to miss anymore of the show than we already had!
I really love, the young man who check us in. He was very friendly, and made sure we had what we needed & needed to know. Due to COVID lobby stay clean. Housekeeper: what I dislike was the half clean all the mirrors were marked up and that makes me feel like other things weren't wiped down from being experienced of housekeeping myself, but other than that, my bed was clean, toliet & tub.
