We have seen the Quality Inn numerous times when we travel through and stay overnight in Easton. This particular night rates were extremely expensive at the other hotels in town we normally stay in. We decided to book with the Quality Inn because the rates were so much better. The property is older but very well maintained. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean. Again it’s an older property but clean. The beds were comfy, shower was clean and hot. The parking lot had plenty of lighting and security cameras. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

We have stayed here twice recently. The phone lines in the room were dead, so there is no way to call the desk if you need something. The rooms are partially updated, with a mix of newish and really old furnishings. The first time we stayed, we were very pleased with the comfort of the mattresses. The second time, the mattress was not comfortable at all. The freezer was in desperate need of defrosting. There were spots of mold on the ceiling and lamp shades. The towels, although clearly laundered, were stained. The main areas, tub, toilet, sink, were clean, but corners and baseboards were pretty dusty. That being said, overall, it met our needs. Need more attention to detail, and complete upgrades. Not a luxury stay, but we really just want a clean place to sleep and shower. Staff was very friendly.

This property was just recently obtained by Wyndham from the quality Inn Choice chain. It looks like they are trying to make some improvements but have a long, long way to go to make this location worthy enough to stay. Our particular room there was filthy and run down. A black light showed unsanitary areas throughout the room, especially the bathroom. The one bed had what felt like a piece of plywood between the top mattress and the base. There was a large room off the main corridor that had over 100 new mattresses ready to use so it does look like a plan to remodel. The whole room we were assigned needs totally gutted out and rebuilt. The two sole positive aspects were the linens were nice and new, and the staff was nice and apologetic. Our room had no internet and the TV buffered so often you couldn't watch it. On a rainy day that was just too much so after two nights we had to move to a better hotel. Other than the Economy motel, they were the cheapest room around, but you get what you pay for. I would not recommend nor stay there again until improvements are made and reviews reflect such. I should have asked for a partial refund given the Wi-Fi and TV were non-existent. Parking was ample and the breakfast was average for a low end chain.
