"We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The staff were incredibly sweet, attentive and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed in the Garden Wing, which was absolutely lovely. Our room had a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings overlooking the beautiful green surroundings. The Garden Wing area feels very lush and peaceful, almost like resort living in the middle of the city. It was the perfect place...

"Very well positioned right over an MRT station. Well equipped rooms with lovely quiet AC. Pool was beautiful and gym looked amazing. Reception was a little hit and miss. They had to be reminded to credit back the swipe they took on our card, they didn’t offer the free drinks we were entitled to until we specifically requested 3 days in and they didn’t order the taxi we booked with them the night before leaving although in fairness they did upgrade us"

"Everything was fabulous! Staff were super helpful, room was very comfortable and roomy and the bed was sumptuous. Just been by the pool and it was cool, refreshing and plenty of comfy beds around it. Check in very smooth and breakfast was top quality. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Singapore."
