"Most of the staff was kind. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast staff kept accusing us of coming down for seconds. There was a group of 11 of us. I had a cup of coffee at the outside bar and then a second cup at the inside bar. I guess that’s seconds? When I asked for a muffin I was told that that’s a “top shelf muffin” and I could only have “the bottom shelf muffin”. We heard the manager say “watch those women they come for seconds” right in front of our faces, which was untrue. We went down got our continental and paid and tipped for extra eggs etc every morning. we will not go back. Considering we spent $17,000 a second cup of coffee shouldn’t result in being humiliated and labeled "
"Everything was going okay up until the last night, i asked for 4 wash clothes and 4 bath towels (to cover and was interrogated ted as to why im requesting them?? Let me start by saying 1. The room was booked for 2 people. Upon check in, we were only provided with 1 towel& 1 washcloth. 2. I’m a female. I use 3 wash clothes Everytime i shower. One for my body, one for my private area, 1 for my face. When i travel, i use 1, because i understand that that’s a lot, however I do not use the same wash clothes or towels back to back no matter what! I’ve stay at plenty of hotels, from expensive to cheap and have never been interrogated on towels/ wash clothes. They did wind up giving us the towels but i was floored by the comments and interrogation that took place beforehand. "
