"I was really surprised by this hotel - in the best way possible! It’s so rare to book a hotel and to find it surpasses all expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. The rooms were both spacious and spotless. The complimentary welcome drink and in room glass bottles of water were a nice touch too. In my opinion the hotel couldn’t be better located for visiting Prague’s wealth of cultural and historic sites. Honestly, 10/10 on value for money."

Everything was great, although we would have appreciated having a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. Overall, everything was handled professionally, and we were very satisfied with our experience."
