The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was fast, efficient, and excellent. Our room was perfect and very clean. Everything was well maintained. We also really enjoyed the spa. The reception service is terrible; Alex, the receptionist, is crude, rude, and bad-tempered—terrible at dealing with people! I arrived after a long trip, and room service had nothing to offer! What kind of hotel is this? The air conditioning wasn't working, and the room felt like a sauna! Their solution was to bring me a fan! It’s 1-star service, certainly not 5-star! The hotel itself is comfortable, but the overnight service is awful! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Atendimento do alex foi pessimo! Recepcionista mal humorado, grosseiro! Jamasi poderia trabalhar em uma recepção! Ar condicionado nao funcionava e me levaram um ventilador! Nunca vi um atendimento tao pessimo! Horrivel , não indico pra ninguém!
