Comfortable, convenient & excellent boutique hotel choice in Ormaiztegui half way in the Basque Country between Bilbao and San Sebastian by car or else. Their very friendly manager & owner welcome, as well as attention to detail and a tasty breakfast including local traditional cakes he bakes himself, and more simple amenities are there to enjoy by guests.
This place is quiet and rooms are spacious for Europe. We used the bus BU13 to go to the old city several times and it worked well for us. Breakfast is of great quality. The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We will definitely repeat this hotel next time

We really enjoyed our stay at abba San Sebastián. The hotel is in an excellent location and is quickly walkable to the old town, the beach, and all the main areas of the city center. The room was large, very clean, and everything seemed to be very new. The staff were all very good and professional. The hotel has a large rooftop which is great for hanging before or after a night out. One side of the hotel is also tucked against a private and tree lined path which was nice for coming in and out...
This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel Parma. The location is perfect for exploring the old part of town, by the bay and wandering to the various pinxtos bars and fine restaurants. It is also located just a few blocks away from the Brexit market. If one is visiting San Sebastián this is the place to stay.

We were in San Sebasti án for the evening, and found this hotel at the last minute, 15 minutes away from the center of town... John (Juan?) at the front desk was most courteous and professional. Our room was perfect and the design was amazing! Loved the windows in the ceiling that opened to the sky...wifi, breakfast, secure parking...all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel
We had an amazing stay here. We were happy to be right on the beach and the view from our little room window was beautiful. Would stay here again as it was so quiet and convenient.
Perfectly suitable for a short stay near the beach, walking distance to the Old City. Parking is a problem, generally, one San Sebastián, but the hotel has an arrangement with public parking nearby which was a relief. BTW, the included breakfast is wonderful.
