"Staff really friendly, Room very clean. Just the drinks could improve. Like Orange juice could be fresh, instead of using concentrate. The room had some noisy panels that vibrates during evening ( 220) maybe it needs some maintenance or something to reduce vibrations. Food was amazing tho, just missing nuts in the morning I would say. Staff been fantastic, Osman, Mohammed, everyone very friendly."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being so close to the beach, and the pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Our room was a good size and had a nice view overlooking the pool, which was a bonus. The hotel is about an hour from Palma Airport, so it’s worth keeping the transfer time in mind. The food could definitely use an upgrade, and the amenities were somewhat limited. If you’re planning to explore the surrounding area, I would recommend hiring a car, as it makes getting out and about much easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its great location, lovely pool, and comfortable rooms."

"The hotel was excellent in all respects, except for needed update in air conditioning utility in lobby bathroom and bar area. In addition, the WIFI connection in the rooms needs to be updated. Overall, the hotel, staff and location were outstanding."

"Matias at the front desk was a very helpful in addition to all the other staff in this quality hotel. The location and the people around were very nice. The hotel design is very nice and clean. The hut tub was great for the family. Strongly recommend!"
