Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food.

Hotel rooms were dated & little tired, the air conditioning was poor. Definitely not a 4* hotel in today’s market, probably was in the 1980’s! Don’t upgrade your room, they are all virtually the same, not worth the extra money! Good location & facilities, food was on the whole fine, staff were all excellent!

We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea.

**Hotel Review** During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be incredibly cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic. Their hospitality was a highlight of my experience. However, the hotel itself did not meet my expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star establishment, it felt more like a 2-star hotel. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the noise. Additionally, the bathroom was quite dirty, which was disappointing. Overall, while the staff's excellent service stood out, the hotel's facilities and conditions left much to be desired.

I found the hotel very dated and not well maintained. The gym was not what it seemed in the photos which was disappointing. There wasn’t any weights on the rack and wasn’t even a bin for dirty clothes or sanitary wipes for the equipment. I made a few attempts to use the pool but it was always crowded and is way too small for the amount of people in the hotel. The night entertainment, bar staff and hotel staff were great. The bed was comfortable but the room did smell bad when I first got in but I got used to it. Hotel staff will say I should have asked for another room but I was too exhausted and tired of moving so I stayed.

The service in the reception was very good. Breakfast buffet was also really nice (even if some guests should not be allowed if they don't have a minimum of hygiene when it comes to food handling!) The condition of the room was terrible. Water dripping from the ceiling above the toilet (= drips in the head or on the legs depending on how you sit on the toilet!) Reception handled it immediately though, and water stopped. However, the handyman forgot to clean up after him/herself meaning we had a dirty bathroom afterwards. The door to the balcony was almost impossible to open/ close. Everything was worn out, and the floor seemed greasy. The shower was not intuitive to use. Very noisy - we could here the guests next door loud and clear when we were both in the bathroom, and all kinds of noise from the outside during the night.

Ignore the pictures on the website. Completely misleading. They put pictures of incorrect rooms you think you are getting. Then when you arrive and try to get some help, you spend 2 hours trying to sort it and their receptionist said when we brought it to their attention “it’s not their problem”. Rude and obnoxious. We went for our anniversary and it was ruined due to the attitude they had. They did change our room after spending hours trying to sort, but again, it was nothing like it was made out to be. We go to Cala Bona all the time and this was the worst by far. Keep on looking as their are far better hotels with far nicer staff

Chambre complètement en bout de couloir. A côté local laverie d'un autre établissement laverie des 6h. Chambre un peu vieillotte avec toile araignée et odeur d'égoût provenant douche. Nous avons du laisser fenetre ouverte. Petit dejeuner copieux tres bien mais jus d'orange chimique dommage et café basse qualité. Impossible d'avoir une place sur chaise longue piscine qui sont réservé tôt le matin et personne dessus de la journée c'est scandaleux baignade termine a 18h c'est tôt. Hotel bien situé avec grand parking gratuit a 400m personnel de l'accueil très sympa

Vi hadde suite med basseng. Bassenget er fint, men så klorert at hvitt badetøy, morgenkåpe og sengetøy ble gult. Det var også mye maur i vasken på badet, luktet rått (mugg) i resepsjonen, og det lå igjen en champagnekork fra gjestene før oss. Frokosten er god, og nice med gratis minibar. Det er også veldig knotete å komme seg fra hotellet/området med taxi - vi måtte vente 1,5 time før vi fikk tak i en.

Globalement satisfaisant même si le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hotel 4 étoiles. Le positif: le personnel de restauration, la localisation, la cuisine (petit-déjeuner et repas du soir), literie de bonne qualité Le négatif: fourmis dans la chambre, joint de pare douche défectueux, ménage pas fait tous les jours, piscine en sous-capacité par rapport au nombre de chambres (les hôtes mettent des serviettes sur les transats dès 8h pour une ouverture de piscine à 10h alors que le règlement stipule que c'est interdit), un hôte avait pris une enceinte et la mettait à plein volume sans que rien ne lui soit dit.

Bel hôtel bien situé. Chambre un peu petite avec le grand lit qui prend toute la place. Nous avons rencontré un cafard dans la salle de bain. Par contre l'hôtel accepte les chiens pour encaisser 25€ de plus par nuit, mais il n'est pas pet friendly. On ne peut accéder à aucun service avec le chien. Nous voyageons avec un petit chihuahua de 2kg qui n'est pas accepté dans les parties communes de l'hôtel. Même au restaurant, les deux premiers jours nous l'avions dans les bras le temps de rejoindre la terrasse, mais à partir du 3eme jour on nous a dit de rejoindre la terrasse par l'extérieur de l'hôtel...
