We certainly enjoyed the Alexandre Congress Hotel. Pick up from the airport went smooth ( you may want to ask details but basically follow signs to hotel shuttles/ look for a black van with the name of the airport on it. There are certain times it runs more than others, so know that in advance. They emailed us info needed) Check in was easy, the room quiet and comfortable. H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. Place is super clean and friendly front desk staff! Rooms are small, but it’s Europe so didn’t expect much there. Location is great! It’s far from the loud city but close enough to get there by the Metro (maybe a 10 min ride, station is like 3 min walk) super close to their big metro station/bus station too! We stayed a total of 6 days and truly what was disappointing was the fact that we didn’t have a coffee maker in the room.
It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! Look no further! If you’ve come across this hotel this is the one. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us check-in/out quickly and even helped with printing out our docs we needed to return to the U.S. The bed and the pillows are so comfortable. Location is amazing as train and bus are two blocks up which take you everywhere in about 20mins. Very convenient. Wanted to stay outside the city of Barcelona because we had a car rental and did not want to drive or park in the City. Took the train into town everyday.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They were not aware of the VIP free room upgrade, but when I showed them the Expedia offer, they honored it. Everything was comfortable and made for a great stay.
This hotel is perfectly situated for walking to all the Barcelona attractions. Besides Monserrat and Park Guel which need trains or buses, all others we walked to including Montjuic the longest walk- we averaged 6 miles per day.

The Hotel is in La Rambla with friendly and serviceable staff.Walking distance to la Boqueria y Plaça Catayulla and the high end stores! Plenty of restarting the area! Plus tour operators can pick up at hotel or you can walk to the meeting point! The only draw was the breakfast which was 4/10. Yes I would stay in the Hotel again
International charger in wall was so exciting to find. All the staff were super friendly. Convenient location to plaza, dining and right next door to the Spanish 7/11 Ale Hop. Great location to walk to the beach and also get a cab a few steps across the street. You won’t lose your key bc you hand it in at the desk before leaving which is nice too. Thank you.
The hotel has all been updated and looks wonderfull. Our room was clean and rather spacious for an older hotel. Location was perfect in the heart of the old city making it very walkable.
We have stayed at this property previously, and the room was awesome, with plenty of room, very quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, this time the room we had (on the same floor but in different area) was not good. We heard every noise from neighboring rooms at all hours of the night so that was disappointing and disruptive, but it won't stop us from staying there again in the future if the opportunity arises.
