"Parking was well-lit and close to rooms. AC worked well in temps near / over 100°. The bedding and room were very clean, and the Inn looks welcoming despite being an older building. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was good. We would return here if we come this way again. Caution: it is a 2-floor building, with no elevator. "

"The KY State Resort Parks ROCK! Kenlake Lodge is well maintained, and the rooms spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly and personable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the view of the lake is beautiful. The food is quality at super reasonable prices! The booze may not be top shelf but you aren’t paying top shelf! The pool is very nice, large, and clean. KY State Resort Park have a certain charm of simpler times. Not just the furniture, but the quality and hospitality…And, the prices! The park grounds are well-maintained. Disclaimer - I am NOT a state employee! I just appreciate a basic good time on a low budget while not sacrificing space, hospitality, or cleanliness."
