Irme took good care of us. He picked us up from the airport. He dropped us off at the airport and gave us breakfast and lots of advice on how to get around. A very pleasant experience, and a very helpful host! Highly recommended!
Great location, right next to the cathedral, walking distance to stores and restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stayed at Masanet Hotel.

C’est dommage que l’on n’a pas pu faire de spa car il fallait réserver en avance et notre bateau partait très tôt le lendemain, on a tout de même profiter du jacuzzi.
L’hôtel est situé à 3 min à pieds des plages , restaurants et boutiques à prix abordables et raisonnable.
Un parking est situé à 3 min à pieds de l’hôtel et j’ai payé 8€ pour 24h . Sa vaut vraiment le coup pour garder...
Super clean, beautiful views, we asked up to the city .8 miles have to watch traffic though. There is a bus stop right outside but we did not take it. Nice pool. Receptionist even called airlines for us because our luggage was lost. Very friendly staff.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a refrigerator, dishes and silverware. There is a wonderful rooftop area with couches, tables and beanbag chairs. The location was great, especially for Carnival.

Very clean hotel with a stunning views of the mountains and golf course. Breakfast was pretty standard continental one. Even though it was very difficult to find, I think it is good place to rest and enjoy the scenery. Valentina was super helpful. Checking online is a must.
The hotel Las Palmas Urban Center is fine. We stayed in the Family Suite, that was definitely comfortable for 3 adults. The room was clean and the folks at the reception area we’re very friendly. There were only two drawbacks that I can write about. 1) The hotel’s reception area and rooms start on the third floor of this building and there is no elevator.
