"This was the second time I stayed here. The room was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. From the front desk, cleaning staff, to the breakfast room, the staff was polite and provided exceptional service. The bed was clean and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was also tasty. I want to give a shout out to the breakfast staff, Soheir who kept the breakfast items hot and quickly restocked and the breakfast area immaculate. I also appreciated front desk staff, Anita and Tawanna, who made us feel welcomed. I recommend this hotel if you visit Fort Myers."

"The room was ample and clean. It took me a while to adjust to my desired temperature. There was only one front desk person but he was very professional."

"Beautiful clean room with great view. We did have an issue of bad sewage smell our second day. The hotel gave us another room. Balconies are spacious as well as bedrooms & bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom! "

"The room was very clean; staff was responsive to all of our questions about the area as well as hotel. Ms Leslie responded to my request to have the fridge looked at in a very timely manner. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout our stay. We were on mini vaca do we didn't really need the work space however it came in handy to.place gifts on. Spouse is breakfast person and enjoyed the friendly staff who assisted him when he needed help."

"The room was lovely! They even upgraded us to have a king-size bed with a great view of the harbor. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Cape Coral, Florida "
