"Our stay was quite pleasant, considering the circumstances of why we were there (our granddaughter was airlifted to St. Jude and was dying). The staff were excellent, friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was yummy. I especially liked the lemon water and orange water. Everything was perfectly clean. My favorite part is the self parking (I hate valet parking). This was impressive, considering that this hotel is located in downtown Memphis. The closeness to St. Jude Hospital was also a major factor, and it delivered on that. Overall, I was impressed. "

"We had a horrible experience checking in. It was partly Expedia's fault, but the lack of communication by the property really irritated me. After 1.5 hours trying to check in with 4 kids, we were finally able to get into the room. The front area and lobby smelt like marijuana and my wife was harassed when trying to get from the self parking to the front door. Such a terrible experience we cut our trip short and went home after one night. Do not recommend for any families traveling to Memphis."
