Better than expected, it really surprised us how nice this hotel was. Highly recommended.

When I was looking for a hotel I wanted to make sure it was close to the beach and this one fit the bill. I was also looking for a family friendly hotel; I just wished I had the schedule earlier. Loved the magnificent renovation of an old Palma building. Incredible rooms. The restaurant is fabulous, and the staff are the best. So attentive to our wants and needs! We loved everything!

Fantastic SPA system- exceeded our expectations. Facilities were way beyond what we thought would be available. Great way to relax and a healthy way to detox.

We were here for 5 days and loved every minute. The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff was always courteous and helpful as was the staff in the restaurant. Everyone went out of their way to make it a great trip. The breakfast was outstanding. We also had dinner in the restaurant and were not disappointed. This was our first time in Palma, and the hotel helped make it a memorable vacation.

Gorgeous boutique hotel for R R - single female American traveler. Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here, 10 days in the middle of Palma's fantastic Playa ! You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! ) The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift ! Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life. The staff special shout...

Location is great. Breakfast was way above what I was expecting.

Hotel is nice, we did the all-inclusive option so food and drinks were plentiful if slightly repetitive. Mallorca is geared toward Europeans and Brits, I think I was the only American on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, one chlorine for the general guests and a nice salt water pool for the Prestige guests who can use both. I highly recommend getting the prestige package. The rooms were spotlessly clean but need updating, they felt very 1980s to me. Major negative of the hotel, no beach!!!...

Beautiful location and clean

Had a lovely long weekend stay. The hotel is close to the airport and only a few minutes from the beach. They also have an excellent restaurant on site that was great for dinner one night.

Nice hotel in a good location. Just outside the busy area. 15 minute walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Parking available for 11 euros a night just down the block. Clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the hotel, everything was amazing, the food buffé was perfect and the staff were so friendly. Love it.
