The rooms are old and need to be refurbished but we had a beautiful view of the sea. We got stuck in the lift for 30 minutes no one knew we were there. No one responded to our alarms NO health and safety processes. Not great The food was good but only a buffet !! Not our vibe The restaurant had beautiful seating outside but only about 40 tables, 80 people so many times no seats so had to sit inside which wasn’t nice, like a canteen. Not that close to other restaurants On the positives The staff were lovely very helpful. Great car parking even though 20 Euros a day.

Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice.

It was amazing. The ability to just jump from the lower deck directly into the ocean was spectacular. And the snorkeling within walking distance was great! And my daughter loved swimming to the island in the bay, and the sauna was so nice.

This hotel was a dream!!! The rooms are more like apartments which is perfect if you’re traveling with more than 2 people. The views are amazing but the overall experience of this place is what makes it the best place to stay if you’re ever in Mallorca. The hotel is great. Great location, great staff and good amenities. The A/C in the room is very weak and only drops the temperature by a few degrees which was kind of hard to fall asleep. Parkings are limited so in high season you might not get one right from the beginning of your stay. These are the only things I found less positive. Otherwise Im very happy I stayed there. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Views are stunning!

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Roc Illetas. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the staff are truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. This was our second trip to the hotel, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We honestly could not have wished for anything more. It has become the perfect place for our girls’ reunion, and we already know we’ll be coming back every year. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Roc Illetas for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful cleaning staff and friendly staff in the reception, a bit less enthusiastic at the restaurant by the sea. Air conditioner and fridge needs to be updated. Non of them barely cooled. Would also be good to dry and clean the floors at the pool area more often since a lots of people slipped at the wet floor. Nice location and view, good ice cream and the bar has what’s needed. Great to be able to get to the small beach nearby along with the deep sea and pool area.

I will start off by saying Josh has been amazing our whole time in the hotel illetas in Mallorca! He has provide excellent service and has shown outstanding professionalism our whole time at the hotel and has given us any additional accomodations we have needed. He is an amazing human!! I will return back to this hotel & Mallorca soon.
