"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, the corridors had a strong smell, which seemed to be due to the old carpets.
Free parking was an added advantage. The location was superb, as the hotel is within a shopping mall, giving you plenty of options for food, shopping, and other essentials. It’s also only a 15–20 minute drive from Glasgow city centre.
Overall, a convenient location with clean rooms and the added benefit of free parking."

You might want to practice your swing at Bellshill Golf Club, a golf course located 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from central Bellshill. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If Bellshill Golf Club doesn't quite scratch your golfing itch, Colville Park Golf Club, and Airdrie Golf Club are also nearby.
The room was spacious and clean. Having a restaurant and bar with good selection is a big plus considering that there aren't many options close by. Even without a car, the location is good since there is a bus station close to the hotel with direct service to Glasgow. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice historic-looking property. Front desk person was great! Only complaint was having to haul my luggage up and down three flights of steps to get to my room. No lift.
This is an old building that has been converted to a hotel. The parking is limited very tight. While there are a few spaces in front of the building, the gate is very tight and you should park behind the building if possible. Otherwise while the road was noisy, inside the flat the room was quiet, clean, and felt safe.
The restaurant and bar were fantastic, staff so helpful and kind, beautiful setting and comfortable bed.
My only complaint was tiny bathroom. 5 stars for sure!

My wife and 10-month-old baby stayed here for four nights on holiday from the United States. This was the end of our trip traveling through the UK and we were very happy with our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, the rooms were nice, and the staff were very friendly. Although there were two fire alarms that went off out of the hotel's control, they responded very promptly and made sure all customers were taken care of. Great hospitality and very welcoming!!!
I'm so sad that we were only in town for one night. My sister and I did a road trip around Scotland, and this was our last night. It was the BEST hotel we stayed in. The staff was amazing and nice. The hotel was quirky and upscale. The breakfast was delicious (the best we had eaten the whole time we were in Scotland).
Such a nice change from hotels that offer you the minimum and look for ways to charge you for everything. Great location and genuinely pleasant to hang out in. The gym is amazing.
