Excellent customer service. Very clean throughout the hotel and inside room and bathroom. Room and bathroom is spacious. Tub shower is excellent. Water pressure is super. The family loved the Pool and hot tub area. Also outdoor area is available and there’s an outdoor bar that opens in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with waffles, pancakes, eggs, a protein and potatoes. Can also request for kitchen staff to make an omelet if you prefer. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night because i needed to attend a meeting. I booked last minute and Checkin was very easy. Shower pressure was nice and bed was comfortable and i love that the TV had regular cable.

Generally, the room is clean. The hot Jacuzzi was out of order. The breakfast is good. Overall rating is not bad.

Stayed here when my son graduated MCRD, it’s like 10 minutes away. Hotel is super clean, quiet and breakfast options are yummy. Beware you pay $25 a day to park, which makes no sense!

I had stayed here originally like 10 years ago. It is in a great location, clean, and one of the more inexpensive hotels in the area. So I was wondering how run down it would be ten years later. I was amazed at how nice the building was. It had undergone a renovation at some point into a more modern look. Everything about our stay here was fantastic. We even stayed an extra night. We really liked that there are balconies with patio sliding doors. We had the door open when we were there...

The hotel was great. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were extremely clean. The only things we didn’t like was that the stairs to the rooms were very steep and small, and there is no vent in the bathroom so even a warm shower makes everything in the bathroom wet. 9/10

A great place to stay. Easy check inn, beautiful and spacious rooms, beautiful swimming pool and free parking. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks to Sofia at the front desk she was very helpful.

I didn't think the prices to pay for breakfast or dinner were worth what we were given. It was just a bit too expensive for us.

I've stayed here before, and really like the location, the friendliness, and reasonable rates. There is still no restaurant within the facility, but there is now a Starbucks "PickUp" here. I recommend the Hotel for anyone wishing to be near Balboa Park/Zoo, Gaslamp District, and/or Seaport Village.
