"Property was a little worn but the room was quiet, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very meager & no one was there to keep area clean. Poor security- outside door was never locked."

"The room we had was spacious and perfect for our needs. It was located near the attraction we came to see in this area. Breakfast was simple but perfect for us. From what one of the front desk personnel stated, it is slated to have hardwood floor put in and that will be helpful as there is a strong “smoke” smell that is permeated into the rug. Staff was extremely nice."

"Our room had a sweet porch with two rocking chairs! Loved the vibe in beautifully restored historic buildings with a modern refresh but old moldings and walls intact. Pool was fun with lunch offerings and the Babbler bar was hopping, great place for a bite and a drink. Went to a wedding nearby so it was our first time to the area, beautiful scenery!"

"What a gem of a property! The brother and sister that own and operate this place are so sweet and hospitable, and the bar and motel are quaint and charming in a cozy, woodsy way. If I’m ever in the area I would absolutely stay here again."
