This stay was disappointing. The owners seem to be trying, but so many things were wrong that we wished we had stayed elsewhere. The good: Great location for exploring the Catskills, especially in Fall, and convenient for skiing. Our Franklin Suite was spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms remodeled, Wi-Fi good, and gym nice. Staff responded promptly to complaints. The bad: Check-in required uploading photos and credit card information through a separate link despite booking through Hotels.com. With no front desk, finding our suite was difficult. Two junker cars blocked the signage and belonged to staff, who started them at 6:30 a.m. outside our window. One apparently had no muffler! The room was more run-down than the photos suggested, with deferred maintenance, a hole in the ceiling from a previous leak, and sliding doors nearly impossible to open. The “fully stocked kitchen” had one wine glass, two forks, dirty dishes, lipstick-stained glasses, and few supplies. No ice trays; we were told to buy ice. The dining table seated only four, although the suite sleeps six or more. Cleanliness was mediocre, with crumbs, dead bugs, and dirty dishes left behind. Even facial tissues were missing. Bottom line: Staff were responsive, but cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail fell short. This might suit a group of guys on a casual ski weekend, but for a romantic Catskills getaway, we’d look elsewhere. Albergo Alegria or Wylder Windham, both nearby, looked much better.

I stayed in the mirror cabin everything was great just prepare to have no microwave and or a burner. So you cannot cook or heat anything up. I was able to make it work by just getting stuff that can be eaten cold and then going out to dinner which was fine. Also because the cabin is mirror please note birds constantly fly into it on purpose. It was one bird that every day i was there from morning to night was hitting the glass and it did get very annoying.

Parking Conveniently Located by Every Property! Furniture is Stylish and Comfortable. Showers are Brilliant aka Jetted! Bedroom Jacuzzi was Deep & Relaxing. Sleep was Amazing in Memory Foam Bed. Kitchen was Supplied Amply: Dishes, Utensils, etc. Beautiful Night Scenery: The Stars!

Stayed in Hamilton suite: Keypad lock was horrendous. Door didn't stay closed unless lock was turned. No kettle or microwave for basic food prep. Bathroom shower was unclean. Only saving grace was bedroom was well heated with decent beds. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund.

It was beautiful but I choose this over our regular place Vienna each year because of the jacuzzi tub, I was very disappointed when I had to clean it first because of the soap scum not cleaned from the people before us. Then the jets didn’t turn on . For it to be broken was so upsetting. The gym wasn’t ready which was okay but confusing. Also a Togo top for coffee but no coffee cup. I wish it had a little paper with the WiFi password and maybe a couple places for food to order from with maybe the front desk number. It was nice it’s all online but if you don’t screenshot everything you won’t know a thing. My kids loved it. I loved how it was beautiful. It just needs a few things tweaked.

Fire alarm sat in the den area unconnected when we walked in. Was immediately texted we would receive 20% discount for hot tub not in working order which was good. Asked 3 times for wash rags for the bath, but no response. Full kitchen had no dish towels, rags, or dish detergent. Dishwasher did not work. We liked the space and the area, but being between seasons was not a good idea.

We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. The stove was not functioning, and there was an exposed wire on the deck. We were also disappointed that the advertised mountain view was very limited from our suite. The soaking tub was large and attractive, but the bath water was brown/ yellow discolored & never fully cleared. The listing also indicated amenities and services that were unavailable during our stay. The television channels were extremely limited and largely in German rather than the expected programming. In addition, staff entered the unit without prior notice, which was unexpected and made us uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that the listing featured a photo showing a Jacuzzi on the porch balcony, but there was no Jacuzzi present during our stay. We were disappointed that advertised bathrobes were not provided when we arrived. This felt misleading and contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the accuracy of the advertised amenities. The location required about a 30-minute drive to reach the Catskills and nearby hikes. We were also charged an additional $69 fee without any clear explanation. The maintenance, amenities were awful.
