Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.
Customer service was excellent, rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was larger than most with good lighting. The breakfast was huge and had everything you could want on it. But mostly it was the customer service that was great. Also had free parking so that was a plus, all the need is laundry services to be perfect.

Lovely historic building in quiet neighborhood! Our double superior room had TWO bathrooms! Breakfast is included and there’s coffee 24/7 and a sunny quiet outdoor patio. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Stockholm!
Excellent stay in Stockholm, right in Old Town ( Gamla Stan).
We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. There is an Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee pods. Excellent service, friendly and professional, a lot of excellent suggestions on what to do and places to see. We loved the Lady Hamilton Hotel. The location was fantastic, just around the corner is the Cathedral and The Royal Palace. Very little car traffic in Gamla Stan so it was great for walking around. Metro, Ferry and Hop on - Hop off buses are all within 5-10 minute walk from hotel.
Hotel itself is very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Little different variety each morning...Loved the pastries!

This hotel is in a Galleria with lots of shopping options. It is also near the central Stockholm station. I was able to go through the station to take a train to Oslo pretty easily. The hotel breakfast is delicious, the best of the three hotels I stayed in while in Sweden (but I enjoyed all of them). I left my camera stand at the hotel when I departed for Norway but I was able to use faundit to have it returned so I'm very happy about that!

Short stopover during family vacation in Stockholm. Convenient, walkable location with lots of shops and amenities. Quick access to Central Station. Beautiful design in hotel and room. Incredibly beautiful surroundings with lake and greenery and quietness. We were happy not staying in town but it is less than 15 minutes to drive to center of town.
