"The hotel was really nice, as described on the listing. The staff were very helpful as we arrived significantly later than planned. The room was clean. Also the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the station, and we were in Stockholm centre within half an hour.

"Room 2 was wonderful. Very large with big windows and a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable and the water always hot. The breakfast each morning was perfect for me, all my favorites. It was also very nice to have coffee, tea, dainties and fruits left out all day for snacking. I would stay there again."

The breakfast and dinners were amazing. I was not expecting such a selection because these meals were included with the room. The staff helpful and friendly. They spoke great English.
Customer service was excellent, rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was larger than most with good lighting. The breakfast was huge and had everything you could want on it. But mostly it was the customer service that was great. Also had free parking so that was a plus, all the need is laundry services to be perfect.
Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.
Excellent stay in Stockholm, right in Old Town ( Gamla Stan).
We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. There is an Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee pods. Excellent service, friendly and professional, a lot of excellent suggestions on what to do and places to see. Breakfast was abundant with a large variety of very tasty local items , the restaurant and bar on site has excellent local...
Lovely historic building in quiet neighborhood! Our double superior room had TWO bathrooms! Breakfast is included and there’s coffee 24/7 and a sunny quiet outdoor patio. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Stockholm!
Hands down this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. It felt like more than just a hotel. It was beautiful to have the selection of activities that they offered. Also their sauna Nest and rooftop heated pool were a great plus!
Nice affordable hotel. Very clean and modern. Only issue we had was with the laundry dryer. It wasn’t drying our cloths properly and it took 3 cycles to mostly dry our cloths.
Very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Food was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely book again if I go back to Stockholm.
