This is the most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is beyond amazing and courteous. The location is in the heart of old town Rovinj which is stunning. My husband got sick and the restaurant for breakfast brought food up to our room for no charge. That is SERVICE! I would move in and make this my retirement home if I could. I wish we had stayed longer.

Borgo B&B is located at the top of Motovun, making it the perfect location if you want to experience Motovun both during the day and at night. The service is fantastic, as is the breakfast, which is served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the valley below Motovun. All in all, a perfect location if you are traveling through Istria.
Had a wonderful family stay in a deluxe mobile home in the Colona area of Mon Perin. Very well equipped (first time we've had a washing machine in a mobile home!), clean, very comfortable bed and had new towels and bedding after 3 days which is also a first for us on a campsite! There was a good size shady terrace with sofas, sun loungers and a large dining table so perfect for relaxing and eating out. Our room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. It was quiet and had a comfortable bed. It was at the top of a hill and while not far from the bus station or ferry, guests may want to consider a sort cab ride (13 eu),
I've been going to Porec for 5 years now, primarily in the summer months. The Parentium is far and away the nicest resort in the area and usually the most expensive. It is the only property I know of in the area with a beach that can be described as sandy. The staff has always been a little chilly. Being massively concerned with the number of people in your room. The location is perfect, the room was very clean and well maintained, very easy to access whatever we wanted. Parking of my car in the office outside the pedestrian area was very easy and convenient...Mattress could be a little better, but that is the only point I would like to see improved.
The hotel is lovely. We had a terrace overlooking the water. The grounds are natural with sea gulls and pines. There is no air conditioning, but we never missed it during a stay of sunny days. We enjoyed fine breakfasts but chose not to dine at the hotel restaurant.
We would return.
