We have visited Cuenca several times and always stay in the historic district. This is the best hotel ever. It is beautiful and the staff was more than helpful. It has a beautiful dinning room and the breakfasts were very good--and included in the price of the room. We look forward to going back!

We thought this hotel was very charming and comfortable. It had a great deal of character, and the staff was very kind and helpful. It was easy to walk around the city from this location or get a taxi. As we were leaving, there were no empty taxis any where and we needed to be at the bus station; two staff members came outside to help us flag down an empty taxi to get us off on time.
