Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! Adiwana Bisma exceeded our expectations. The room was large, luxurious, and honestly nicer than some resorts charging nearly twice as much. We had one issue when we first checked in, and the staff corrected it immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay.
The jetted tub was also a huge plus for me after spending full days exploring, especially with my back and leg discomfort. I would gladly stay at Adiwana Bisma again anytime I’m in Ubud.
This place is so remote and peaceful! The bungalow we had had an outdoor shower and bathroom and it was a little bit hard to get adjusted to the nature sounds at night time! Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy. As you sit by the 80 meter long pool, time and stress seems to melt away into the imported sand beach. Food was excellent, free parking was much appreciated, and the shuttle to the Shopping...
The staff were attentive and accommodating. Initially, I was assigned a room that was noisy and didn’t have hot water. After I informed them of the issues, they promptly transferred me to a quieter, upgraded room. Their customer service was exceptional, and they handled the situation professionally, making my stay much more enjoyable.

This was our first time in Bali and we started our trip in Ubud and stayed at the lovely Sri Ratih Cottage Hotel, what a gem of a place. It's located outside the main center of town,it's quite and I wished we booked a few more days longer. This hotel is marked as a 3 star hotel, but it's more like a 4-4/12 star hotel.

This hotel is gorgeous! There's pop art and beautiful pieces of art all around the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom area is very clean and the style is amazing. I loved this hotel so much. The area is situated in the busy part of Seminyak. You can catch a cab right in front at any time and scooter rentals are open late. amazing place and owners - it is idyllic. The bungalows are incredible and the photos do not do them justice. They are expansive and full of character. The breakfast and service is some of the freshest and best in town. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, arranging a scooter for me and also a car when I was leaving. I would definitely stay here again. perfectly and centrally located - a steal at these prices.
