"Incredible hotel and incredible location right across from the most incredible beach. Loved walking the beach and the promenade and great options for dining and shopping in the area. The breakfast buffet was huge and the staff were so incredible from the moment you enter the building to the moment you step into your transportation to the airport. Incredible place. 5 stars plus. "The staff at the hotel is superb! Special shout out to Amy who is very accommodating. She actually helped us plan our stay in Da Nang and where to go. We felt like we were treated like a friend during our stay. Amy will go the extra mile to help you make your vacation easy and enjoyable. We had an early checkout as our flight is at 6am. They even pack us breakfast to go.WoW!!! amazing customer service!! Also their location is also very good. We will use this hotel again if we go back to Da Nang. "
