"The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa."

"I had a wonderful one-week stay at Dar Amastan during the Gnaoua Festival and would happily stay here again. This riad had only been open about a month when I visited, but the hospitality was exceptional. The location is excellent—an easy walk to the medina, beach, restaurants, and festival venues while still being peaceful.
