"Quaint, clean, charming. Of our time traveling across Tunisia, we found this dar to be the of our many stays. The impeccable owner manages his team and guests with a warm smile. It's a happy home."
"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. The breakfast was delicious! Great little touches throughout the room.
The location is great - close to Marsa beach and restaurants. "
"Thank you Noura ,Zeineb , Kawthar and Ali.
All the team were helpful and lovely humans that’s what counts the most . We had very nice stay and will recommend this beautiful gem in city of marsa "
"A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform...
"Excellente location, près de la Plage la Marsa, de supers cafés et de très bons restaurants ainsi qu’une épicerie Monoprix à 3 minutes de marche. Et tout cela à proximité tout en étant juste assez en retrait pour n’entendre aucun bruit.
Et un jeune couple comme voisins, ultra gentils qui nous ont donné plusieurs recommandations pour notre séjour à Tunis !"
" More BNB style in aa upscale beach side neighborhood. Near decent-to-great restaurants. Summery for high-end locals..not foreign touristy.
Walk or easy taxis to Carthage sites."
"The building is located right next to the renowned Sidi Bou said. It’s very convenient. The interior of the building is aesthetic. The host is very affable and gives me a lot of travel information. The room conditions are superb with everything I need. "
"We had a beautiful stay. The staff were so friendly and kind. The breakfast was stunning, traditional Tunisian. The bedrooms were clean. Within walking distance of la Marsa (10 mins) and sidi bou said (40 mins). 20 minute drive from Tunis - 20 dinah using bolt taxi but a nicer place to stay than centre of Tunis as it was quiet and lovely. Loved the little guide Feriel (owner) did on via QR code. Very handy."

Whether you want to collect beach glass or watch the sunset, La Marsa Beach is a spot you might want to check out when visiting central La Marsa. If you want to continue walking by the waves, head to La Goulette Beach.
Being a frequent traveler Expedia VIP member this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in 5 continents. It is family run, 5 rooms ON the water, amazing views and great personalized service. Food was amazing and our every need was attended to. Adnan and Hadi were very pleasant and classy . My grandmother got sick and they helped us with seeking medical care and took the extra 10 miles to make sure we are taken care of I will definitely be back . The pool was clean and the beach in front of...
The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.
This B&B is gorgeous and comfortable. We ended up with a whole suite of rooms, all of which were stunning yet cozy–it made me wish we were staying more than one night. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious, and everyone we spoke to during our stay was kind and hospitable, making us feel very welcome even though we could only speak a tiny bit of French. The one small downside is that La Marsa feels a bit remote from Tunis, like a small town where the rhythms of life have been...
My wife and I loved our stay here.
The room was large, beautiful, and clean, with stunning roof top view. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. Everything was well prepared and plentiful.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, willing to help and make sure our stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality really made a...
Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect.

Fantastic hotel!! Everything was 5 stars - the amenities, the hotel was well kept and well staffed, super clean, amazing breakfast, and the best part was their attentive staff. This has to be the best hotel in Sidi Bou Said.
The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...
The staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel has spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea. All meals were authentically Tunisian and its delicious!! They always made sure your room was clean.
I would give six stars to this Hotel if I could it was so great. The pool was excellent. The water was clean with no taste of chemicals. The staff was great. The place was spotless. Breakfast was delicious cooked to your liking attention to all detail. I highly recommend this beautiful palace with marble floors.
Great location and friendly staff.
Breakfast includes lots of options, including fruits, croissant, and eggs made to order.
Staff arranged for taxi ride from the airport. We didn’t get to use the Terrance due to cold weather but it has a beautiful view.
Walking distance from the light rail stop and local shopping area.
Very safe.
