"There are places that call this Hotel a Motel. It is actually a luxurious hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is a beautiful lobby, with a nice bar area. The rooms are quite large and elegant. Having a free shuttle to the airport was also a huge plus. Would happily stay here again."

easy access. Very nice hotel right out skirt of Milan. With a M 2 green line easily leads u thercin less than 25 min from center. It is a half size city than NY ! Huge selection of buffet Bruch !
It takes only 1 transfer to reach the world expo! Less than one hour, u get to the expo!
This hotel is located right around the corner from the metro, making it easier to get around Milan. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very interesting in as much as there was a shower "nook" in the tub but no shower curtain. I was told this is a European thing, with baths bring preferred. Not my preference but it worked. Breakfast was included and consisted of a large variety of pastries, eggs, fruits, and juices. Would definitely stay...
I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....
If I could give a higher rating than excellent, I would. I cannot say enough for how much we loved this hotel, inside and out. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff were magnifico!!! The rooms were clean. The food the restaurant was excellent. It's right next to the train station. Not far from shops and food. You must stay at the hotel. Next time in, Milan, this is where I'm staying.
Perfect hotel for our visit to Milan. Supermarket around the corner came in handy during our visit with our family. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
We loved our stay at the Hyatt, only thing we regret was not including breakfast in our stay because we had to pay extra $60 for 2 adults every morning. Breakfast is great, every day is the same but good food.
The staff at the breakfast Buffer were amazing, friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were great too.

Check in made easy. The reception staff was nice and friendly and very attentive as well. A special shout-out to the attendant at the bar during the dinner time. Not sure what his name was but he was super friendly and quick with his service. I struggled with the language barrier in ordering but he was very kind.
