"The room was wonderful and bed was super comfortable. My sister's flight was canceled and she had to stay over in order to get home to California the next day. You hotel was a great location since they didn't have a car and everything was within walking distance. It was a pleasant surprise for them as they don't travel as much as I do, so they were very happy with how accommodating the hotel staff were with an early check in since they came directly from their cruise, to the airport and then to your hotel staff that greeted them so wonderfully."
