Amazing hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a fantastic shower. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and...

Courteous and very helpful staff Diana, always helpful and available Tilgen and Gabriel. Close to everything and all tours could be arranged with help from Diana at front desk

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. People at other hotels should stay here to find out how to better...

I was in Buenos Aires studying Spanish, so I needed a place that would be comfortable enough for 4 weeks or so. There are a lot of hotels in BA and it's really hard to find a good one for a good price. Before Hotel BYS, I stayed in two hotels in San Telmo, which were disappointing (small, old, and not professionally managed). Initially, I booked for three nights but ended up staying 15 nights. I was so pleased to find Hotel BYS. It is managed very well with a friendly staff, clean rooms, and...

All arrangements prior to arrival were schedule with the hotel and all done accordingly. Staff at the hotel were eager to assist, friendly and helpful at all times. Well kept facilities and our suite was great. The area had a good variety of restaurants, wine tasting classes, boutique stores, etc.

We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. The bed linens and thick towels were amazing as well as comfortable mattresses and pillows. I enjoyed the roof top jacuzzi each day and sitting in the deck. Breakfast of fresh fruits, warm homemade croissants and breads, and egg and meat dishes were...

Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. The hotel has modern conveniences, super clean, spacious. The decor is modern elegant. We will definitely return!! It would be a pleasure to see all the friendly & helpful people who are here, making sure all our needs are met. Oh, yes, almost forgot to mention the black...

We loved this hotel. The pool was amazing!!! Alejo was the best always helpful! We loved him!! Also the two best employees in the front Augustina and Sergio Alvarenga went above and beyond to help us. We would come back just to see these three. They were the best!

Stayed at this hotel for one night as couple. Central location in Palermo Soho, nice lounge area where you can hang out (even after check out!) Delicious breakfast choice, and one can order hot dishes for free (scrambled eggs or omelets) one block away from two supermarkets (Carrefour and Dia Supermercado). SUPER friendly stuff!

Todo Ok, cerca todo y comodo

Be Hollywood is the nicest Boutique Hotel i've stayed at in Buenos Aires thus far! The staff was incredible! They changed in our monies at a favorable rate ( near blue dollar rate), they serve a hot breakfast ( even did so when we came to breakfast late), the staff suggested places to go, they upgraded our room promptly when we wanted a Balcony suite, they all speak English which is nice, and they assisted with transportation when needed. The Hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood...

Confortable and sizable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great Location near bars, restaurants, shops and cultural activities in one of the trendiest areas of the city.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful part of the city. The restaurants and bars around the hotel are great and we are right next-door to Palermo Soho. The staff is absolutely marvelous. They are so kind and helpful. The breakfasts were perfect as were the people who served us. I would definitely stay here again.

Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. Bad side, you have to call first to go to the pool, we were told so thry can bring you a robe. Granddaughters never got a robe. Also $40 extra for the...

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable place that was small and cozy and in the San Telmo historic district which is very interesting and walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice stay here. Top floors have balconies and I really enjoyed the view from up top. Quality rooms with fans and AC and an excellent, simple breakfast. Staff was really helpful with everything and made me feel like I was at home.

Exceptional hotel in Palermo area. Friendly and professional staff. Modern and beautiful room with a breath taking panoramic window. Wonderful breakfast. Safe and nice walkable area. I just love it!!!!
