"I really LOVE this hotel. I stay here all the time. So much so that even though I was sad my reservation had to be amended due to the hotel being overbooked nobody can ever make me not want to stay here. They booked me a room across the way and although I wasn’t happy they definitely made it right. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are a home away from home and the bar @Grillfire?! BOMB! I give this hotel 10000 stars. Now don’t yall come booking up all the rooms cause I need mine available when I come! Just kidding! Book! You won’t be disappointed!!!"

"My water never got above luke warm and mini fridge didn’t work (was even unplugged when I arrived). I went to the desk clerk- waited over 30 mins in line (only one attendant at 8:30-9pm) and she said she’d have maintenance take care of it first thing the following morning. Came back after 14hr workday to no notice and nothing fixed. WiFi also was spotty at best but the tv reception and WiFi kept shutting down and just not working. Desk attendant couldn’t be bothered to even get up from her chair and said “yup, allot of people complaining, maybe you should go buy a hot spot to use”. She also said it was due to wind and rain- I videoed right after and not even a gentle breeze or raindrop. Never got any of it fixed or dealt with in 3 days. Asked for mgr info and was given a general 1-800 number with nothing else. Wasn’t a good stay at all. "

"Rooms are smelly and outdated. Holes in the wall. Very old and stained carpet."

"The rooms and grounds were extremely clean. The furniture is up to date and modern. The staff is amazing and hospitable."

"Even number room face the court yard, much more quite that the odd numbers which face the street. (175) All in all very good value for the Columbia MD area. "
