Location is perfect and quiet yet close to every thing! Hotel is always clean and breakfast is great! "I've been staying at this location twice yearly (for work) for several years without an issue, but the service and security I experienced this time made my stay far less safe. The upper latch on my room door was not aligned and did not work as intended. It appeared to be an easy fix. I called down to the front desk twice right after checking in with no answer, so I walked down (to an empty lobby) and there was one employee working. When I told him about the broken latch, he verified my room number out loud. I told him not to say it aloud and he seemed properly apologetic. Since he was alone, he couldn't fix it and offered"
